Meet Dr. Richard Manwaring
Dr. Richard Manwaring grew up in Utah, Oregon, and Arizona. He received his Bachelor’s degree from Brigham Young University and obtained both his Doctorate in Dental Surgery and specialty training in Pediatric Dentistry at UCLA. He loves living in Twin Falls and being a part of a wonderful dental office and community!
In his personal time, Dr. Manwaring enjoys playing percussion for the Magic Valley Symphony, reading great books, and loves preparing food almost as much as eating it. He also looks forward to any time spent in the great outdoors, especially when it is with his wife, Rachelle, and their four children.
Dr. Manwaring is a member of the American Academy of Pediatric Dentistry, the American Dental Association, the OKU Dental Honor Society, and he is Board Certified by the American Board of Pediatric Dentistry.

Meet Dr. Scott Fleming
Dr. Scott Fleming was raised in Gilbert, Arizona, and graduated from Highland High School. He obtained his Bachelor’s degree from Brigham Young University and then in 2011 received his Doctorate in Dental Medicine from Case Western Reserve University in Cleveland, Ohio. After graduating from dental school he worked in Central Washington where he developed a love for treating children. Dr. Fleming and his family recently relocated to the Twin Falls area in August of 2023 and they are loving the area and the incredible community.
When not practicing dentistry, Dr. Fleming loves to spend time with his wife, Kim, and their 5 children. In his free time you can find Dr Fleming cheering his kid’s on at a sporting event or choir concert or exploring all the great outdoors of Idaho.
Dr. Fleming belongs to the American Dental Association, and the Idaho State Board of Dentistry.

Valley area ever since. I have been married to my husband since high school; we have 3 awesome kids ages 19, 15 and 9 that I love very much! I have been in the dental field for 9 years now and have enjoyed it very much it’s been a great career choice! I enjoy spending time with my family and friends I also enjoy baking, doing DIY projects and being outdoors.
